We are committed to the growth and development of emerging mental health professionals. Our practice offers clinical supervision and training opportunities designed to help developing clinicians build confidence, sharpen their clinical skills, and move forward in their professional journey.

We provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCAs) working toward full licensure in North Carolina. All supervision is provided by a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), ensuring your supervised experience meets state board requirements while offering meaningful mentorship, case consultation, and professional guidance in a supportive environment.

Through regular supervision sessions, associates receive:

• Individualized feedback and clinical skill development
• Case conceptualization and treatment planning support
• Guidance on ethical and legal considerations in clinical practice
• Documentation and best-practice coaching
• Encouragement and mentorship as you grow into your professional identity

We also welcome graduate students seeking practicum and internship placements. Developing clinicians gain hands-on clinical experience in a real-world practice setting, with close supervision and mentorship every step of the way. Our goal is to provide a training environment where students feel supported, challenged, and prepared for the next stage of their careers.
